feed, rest, feed again, knead, rise, bake, repeat? feed, rest, feed again, knead, rise, bake, repeat?! or something like that. 😆 if someone would’ve told me 6 months ago i’d be heavily invested into baking, i would’ve laughed! but it’s been about that long and i can honestly say this process is my therapy. sourdough (aka alma) is the gift that keeps giving. she always pulls through and sparks all the joy. 🫶🏼✨ in this reel i make a double batch (4 loaves), feed the starter and save the discard for other things later in the week. this is what i call ‘bistro’ bread with chunky roasted garlic throughout + italian herbs! 🧄🌿 the printable recipe is now on my blog (same recipe as the original sourdough, just a few added steps at the bottom) go check it out! 🥰 #sourdoughbaking #garlicbreadrecipe #homemadesourdough
